Terms of service
The agreement between you and CasperWasp. Written to be read once rather than skimmed forever — the sections on tokens and on model providers are the ones that actually affect you.

1. What this covers
These terms govern your use of CasperWasp, an AI marketplace that provides Document Studio, PDF Intelligence and Design Studio on a shared token wallet and a single subscription. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account belongs to a person; your data belongs to an organisation. Every document, PDF, design, wallet balance and ledger entry is scoped to the organisation it was created in, and access is determined by your role within it.
2. Accounts and verification
Registration requires a verified email address. We issue a six-digit code and create no account until it is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.
Organisation roles are ordered: owner, admin, editor, viewer. Only owners and admins may change a subscription, purchase token packs, or cancel. Editors may create and modify work but cannot commit the organisation to spending.
3. Subscriptions, tokens and billing
Plans are billed in Indian Rupees, monthly or yearly, and grant a monthly token allowance that resets each billing period. Unused allowance does not carry over.
Token packs are a separate, prepaid balance valid for 365 days from purchase. The platform always spends plan allowance before purchased credit so that paid tokens are not wasted while free monthly capacity remains.
AI calls are metered on the usage the model provider reports. A call that fails is not billed, though the failure is still recorded in your usage log. Editing, version history, comments, approvals and exports never consume tokens.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use CasperWasp to produce material that infringes another party's rights, that is unlawful where you operate, or that impersonates a person or organisation — including generating seals, stamps or letterheads for an entity you are not authorised to represent.
Do not attempt to circumvent plan tiers, token metering or rate limits, and do not resell access to the platform without a written agreement with us.
5. Your content and generated output
You retain ownership of what you upload. You own the output you generate through the platform, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers and to the rights of any third party whose material you supplied as input.
We process your content to deliver the service: extracting text from an uploaded PDF, building retrieval indexes, and sending the prompt context you construct to the model provider you selected. We do not sell your content.
6. Third-party model providers
Generation is served through third-party providers. Prompt content, including any document or PDF text you include as context, leaves our infrastructure to reach the model you chose. Availability, latency and output quality depend in part on those providers.
We may change the model catalogue — adding, retiring or re-tiering models — where a provider changes its offering. Where a change would remove a capability your plan relies on, we will tell you before it happens.
7. Service availability
We work to keep CasperWasp available but do not offer an uptime guarantee on self-service plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. Your data remains accessible for the remainder of that period.
We may suspend an account for non-payment, for a breach of the acceptable-use terms, or where continued operation would put other customers at risk. Where the cause is fixable we will say what needs fixing.
9. Changes to these terms
We will post a revised date at the top of this page when these terms change, and will notify account owners by email where a change materially affects your rights or what you pay.
Questions about any clause here go to support@casperwasp.com. If something reads as ambiguous, that is worth telling us — we would rather fix the wording than argue about it later.
